Hello and welcome to Carpet Cleaning Concepts, or C3. My brother and I are very excited about your interest in some type of fabric or hard surface cleaning. That's what we do best. We clean wood, ceramic tile, stone, marble, carpets upholstery & mattresses.
At Carpet Cleaning Concepts (C3), we use the Bane-Clene system of "hot water extraction". Bane has been an industry leader and pioneer in this method since 1962. Over 50 carpet mills recommend the Bane-Clene system for the cleaning of most types of carpets and upholstery. This system uses the optimum temperature (180 degrees) and water pressure (150psi). What this means to you, the consumer, is that my system is just right for cleaning all types of carpets.
We use only commercial-grade cleaning agents which are safe on wool, and stain-resistant fibers. We leave your carpets luxurious and soft to the touch. We soften our water which helps clean completely and leaves no soapy residue. We do not over wet the carpet, and with our truck mount vacuuming system, we remove almost 95% of the water we put down. Your drying time will be 6-8 hours, depending on the time of year. If a stain happens to come back, or wicks through the carpet, simply call us immediately and we will return to your house at no charge, and take care of it! What this means to you is a fresh, clean and healthy way of removing dirt, mold, urine and anything else that might be living in your carpets and fabrics. This method is highly recommended by some of the premiere carpet manufacturers, such as Mohawk, Shaw, Karastan, Stainmaster and even Wear-Dated. They will mention other methods of cleaning on their websites, but all prefer the "hot water extraction" or steam cleaning method.
